Don't suppress it, pull the knife out.

mourn, because it's the most rational thing to do in a irrational world.
Don't drown the pain with distractions
Sit and soak in it like a soothing bath.
You can't live in a dream world.
Do you dig in your heels and hold onto the past? No.
